1 medium head green cabbage
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Remove any tough outer leaves from the cabbage. Cut the cabbage head into four equal wedges, keeping the core intact to hold the leaves together. These are your cabbage steaks.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Brush the garlic oil mixture generously over all sides of each cabbage steak.
